We are a specialised overseas recruitment agency based in the UK and Ireland. We are looking for a dynamic and effective Recruitment / HR Administrative Assistant for our Belfast branch.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to employers and employees queries
- Managing an existing client base
- Write effective job advertisements on the job portals
- Communicating with external partners
- Graduate or of graduate calibre
- Strong communication skills - Written and Verbal
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Enthusiastic, professional and self-motivated team player
- Positive attitude and ‘can do’ approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organised and structured approach
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Strong confidentiality and data protection awareness
- Resilient, hardworking, and motivated
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
Work Location: In person
Expected start date: 10/08/2023
