Our manufacturing client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Officer.

You will take responsibility of your team for staff management, coaching, motivating, and training to become effective and efficient using continuous improvement tools and best practice.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage, lead and coordinate administrative tasks for the team, including scheduling appointments, organising meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Manage staff workplan rotas
- Onboard new employees and maintaining employee records
- Support the management team with various administrative tasks as needed
Essential skills and experience:
- Demonstrates positive leadership.
- Drives effective continuous improvement meetings.
- CRM database experience
- Proficient with Microsoft packages
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
Problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £29,500.00-£31,500.00 per year
