**Maintenance Assistant - Maldron Hotel Shoreditch**

**We have a fantastic new vacancy for Maintenance Assistant** **in the excellent Maldron Hotel Shoreditch**

**Objective of the Role**

**Main Duties Include**:

- To assist and provide general maintenance
- To ensure that all tasks relating to guest comfort, guest satisfactionare treated with utmost priority
- To undertake plumbing, carpentry, painting and mechanical work as necessary to maintain safe and efficient hotel systems
- Be aware of all Health and Safety procedures in the hotel
- Monitor utilities and ensure efficiency
- Excellent work history from the hotel sector in 1-2 years ideally
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment and be standards driven
- A good knowledge of Health and Safety
- Flexibility in day to day job demands, remain focused when priorities and practices changes
- Excellent organisational skills
- Electric and plumbing qualifications would be advantageous
