**Operations Administrator - Southampton - £25,000-£30,000 - hybrid role - own transport is essential**
We are delighted to be working with an innovative research company who have just relocated to the Southampton area, and they are looking for an Operations Administrator to support with the day to day running of the offices.
The company is well established global organisation who are going through huge growth, so this is an exciting time to join them and become a key part of their future success.
**The Operations Administrator duties include**:
- Supporting the director and research team with day-to-day operations and carrying out administrative work
- Coordinate and liaising with service providers, including HR, IT, accounts, and legal consultants to ensure smooth running of the company
- Book appointments, arrange meetings and preparation of meeting minutes, action logs and agendas as required by management
- Supporting with recruitment, new colleague on-boarding processes and other HR related activities
- General administration duties, including updating systems, ordering stationery and office snacks, answering incoming calls, etc
- Any other duties as reasonably requested
**Skills and experience required**
- At least 2 years experience working within a similar role
- Excellent IT skills including Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to liaise with people at all levels
