Sales Administration Support

**Job Role: Sales Administration for Hygiene Vision Europe Ltd**
Home Based Position, however, _**applicants MUST live in the proximity of the Cambridgeshire area for the purpose of training and occasional team meetings which will take place near Cambridge/St Ives (Cambs).**_
Role Profile: To take, raise and process sales orders & arrange transport for the orders
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Gain freight quotes for Sales Orders raised
- Ensure the relevant customs paperwork is submitted to the Haulier, e.g. Commercial
- Invoices, Dangerous Goods Notes
- Build relationships with various Haulage companies both in the UK and overseas
- Source new Hauliers that can be used in both the UK and overseas
- Work with Sales Director to progress the orders
- Maintain Order Log to share with colleagues
- Liaise with Customers as to the ETA of their orders
- Work with Purchasing Manager to make sure orders can be fulfilled
- Despatch orders from our UK & EU warehouses
- Track freight and supply Customers with status
- Raise and forward Sales Invoices to Customers
- Raise Credit Notes as needed
- Issue monthly statements and chase outstanding debts
- Run weekly and monthly sales order reports
- Run weekly and monthly invoice and credit note reports
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Experience in Order processing is _**essential**_
- IT Trained, Excel, Portal use
- Preferably Sage experience, or experience of other Sales Order processing or SAP/ERP software
- Experience in Logistics both in the UK, EU and overseas
- Experience in arranging Road, Sea and Airfreight
- Understanding of Incoterms, Commodity Codes and Customs terms is highly desirable
