About the role:
This is an exciting role providing administrative support to Britvic’s Chief Marketing Officer, helping them to make the best use of their time, by dealing with administrative tasks and projects, and being a strong gatekeeper for their diary. You will also help support the wider Marketing & Innovation leadership team have opportunity to lead and support on key projects across Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent diary management and act as the gatekeeper for the CMO.
- Collaborate closely with the PA community to pre-empt meeting requirements and help manage the corporate calendar across the Executive team.
- Support the Marketing function with the delivery of key projects such as capability and training initiatives, including organising events.
- Manage local and international travel requirements for the CMO and direct reports.
- Ensure regular meetings (function, team and 1:1s) are set up and meeting agendas are shaped and shared in advance.
- Process and manage expenses.
- Raise and manage purchase orders via SAP ARIBA (training would be provided).
- Proactively anticipate requirements and actions and use experience and judgement to work with mínimal direction.
- Production of documentation when required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Keep abreast of company updates, policies, and procedures to ensure the team are compliant and aware of key actions and deadlines etc.
- Act as a point of contact for external bodies and customers.
- Support the wider leadership team where necessary.
- Provide any other ad-hoc duties as required, including covering other PAs when they are on annual leave.

Experience Required:

- Previous experience providing support at C-Suite level essential.
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple assignments at any given time essential.
- Must be conscientious, proactive and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience of working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint) is a must.
- A passion for brands and experience working in a creative environment such as Marketing an advantage.
