**About you**:
As a member of the MSP Commercial Team in Access Legal you are responsible for ensuring that the commercial side of the business runs as effectively as possibly. Primarily you will lead on management of the cost base and ensuring we are optimising our deliveryin line with revenue, but will also provide wider input and support for procurement, customer invoicing and billing activities across the customer base.
**Day-to-day, you will**:

- Managing inbound supplier invoicing, validation through to timely sign off and payment.
- In line with supplier invoicing, create and maintain a payments and renewal schedule to ensure all costs are controlled and proactively maintained.
- Provide short / medium term cost forecasts for costs in line with business plans for products / services and general growth activity.
- Ownership of supplier related queries and working with service teams to effectively resolve any disputes.
- Working with service teams to ensure effective alignment with live customer base and deliver customer level changes in a timely manner.
- Support the onboarding / offboarding process to ensure costs and billing amendments are aligned.
- Maintain a view of supplier driven cost increases, negotiations and any associated discounting.
- Build strong relationships with the MSP leadership team and Finance partnering community.
- Work across the commercial team to be able to provide the necessary cover for peak volumes / absence.
- Contribute to Pricing and Revenue activities to ensure we are maximising our potential from a cost perspective.
- Support improvement and commercial projects within the commercial team.
**Your skills and experiences might also include**:

- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English.
- Previous experience in IT finance is essential
- Experience of working with suppliers in a similar capacity is desirable.
- Knowledge of Managed Service Providers and is preferred
- Advanced user of finance systems and associated tooling (eg Excel).
- Driven / self starting individual who is proactive in their work
- Willing to take ownership and personal responsibility
- An inquisitive nature with a desire to be the SME
- Gets energy from engaging with others and building relationships
- A high quality threshold with a passion for delivering results.
