**The Exeter** are looking to recruit a **Digital Executive** with the necessary drive, enthusiasm, ambition and commitment to complement our already well established and award-winning, mutual insurer providing health insurance, income protection and life insurance_. _Offering **£25,000 - £30,000 per annum** on a **full-time, permanent** basis.

**About the Digital Executive role**:
Applicants must will support the needs of the marketing function to ensure our marketing strategy is delivered in a safe, efficient, and effective way. You will take an active role in SEO and supporting with the planning and monitoring of the ongoing company presence across major platforms. This is an exciting role for creative, team player who is looking to take the next step in their marketing career.

**Digital Executive Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute towards the creation of engaging digital customer experiences, which deliver against our purpose and strategic aims.
- Support with planning and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook LinkedIn).
- Support the team with digital marketing execution (campaigns, automation, surveys) using marketing platforms.
- Make suggestions and collaborate with Digital Designer to assist in identifying improvements to the user experience of our online channels.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts - gathering MI, data, and trends, providing insight to the wider team to help shape future content and support with decision making.
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
- Ensure digital assets comply with brand guidelines.
- Digital content creation and distribution.

**Digital Executive Requirements**:

- Experience working with content management systems.
- Good understanding of digital marketing tools and channels and analytics.
- Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, on-page optimisation and link building best practices.
- An understanding and/or experience of Adobe Creative Cloud packages.
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS is advantageous.
- Background in financial services beneficial, but not necessary.
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
