We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Marketing Team as a Digital Marketing Executive. Working within our Marketing and BD team, you will be responsible for leading on digital marketing with the support of the Marketing Manager and the wider team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing our social media platforms, and associated social media tools
  • Managing our website and the review of analytics data
  • Managing, creating, executing and reporting on effective marketing campaigns across email, social media, web and B2B
  • Developing and utilising a marketing calendar/log ensuring that all digital marketing campaigns are effective, run to schedule and delivered to budget
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to optimise website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive lead generation
  • Manage and work with our digital agency to inform and support the creation and execution of digital advertising (SEO/PPC)
  • Manage, curate and optimise PPC campaigns across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn as applicable
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns with A/B testing
  • Analyse data and engagement metrics to measure campaign performance
What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone with a keen interest in digital marketing with a desire to learn. A self-starter who takes initiative without needing to be asked as well as having the dedication and commitment to start and see a job through to completion. It would be an advantage if you had previous experience in digital marketing roles.

What you’ll have
  • Have a keen interest in developing your skills particularly in Digital Marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail
  • The ability to maintain effective personal relationships
  • Can recognise, initiate and build on original ideas and situations

Some experience of how a professional services firm works would be an advantage.
