**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute paid search advertising strategies on Google Ads and Meta Ads to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis for optimized campaign targeting.
- Manage paid search campaigns, including ad copywriting, bid management, and performance tracking.
- Monitor campaign metrics and implement data-driven optimizations for improved results.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated on paid search advertising trends and best practices.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities and benchmarks.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
- Integrate paid search campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
- Design and maintain user-friendly websites using platforms like WordPress.
- Update website content regularly for search engine optimization.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, including setup and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in website design and content management systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO principles.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads are desirable.
- Experience with other paid advertising platforms is a plus.

**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (preferred)

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
