Administrators at Accurocare are a vital part of each home’s management team, providing the Care Home Manager with the support they require to ensure the running of a high quality and commercially successful home.

Our Administrators are relied upon to ensure income and outgoings are timely, effective, and accurately recorded, so strong commercial acumen is key to this position.

We work with an open, honest, supportive approach, where quality of care is at the heart of everything we do.

**YOU NEED TO HAVE**:

- Good levels of numeracy skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Some experience within credit control, invoice chasing, data input and a customer facing attitude
- Administration experience
- Proficient user of Microsoft
- specifically Word, Excel and Outlook

**YOU NEED TO DO**:

- Support the Care Home Manager to provide accurate financial information to the head office finance team
- Check care fee invoices and remittances are correct
- Ensure aged debt in regards to care fees is collected and managed appropriately, encouraging timely payment of client accounts
- Promote a warm and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff
- Ensure rota’s are completed as directed by the Care Home Manager
- Complete employment checks and information for payroll
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude both over the telephone and in person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.75 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Wrexham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- UK Drivers Licence (preferred)
