**Job Description**:
We are on the lookout for warm, caring people who have the passion and personality to make a difference to the everyday lives of our clients.

As a Care Professional you'll listen carefully to the needs of clients, spend time getting to know them and delivering excellent, tailored care. If you are a people person and enjoy interacting with others then this could be the perfect role for you

All our clients are supported at home - with your support they can retain their independence for longer. Through a range of different activities, you can help to keep your clients engaged and sustain or improve their quality of life.

You will assist with daily living routines such as planning and prepping meals, light housekeeping, personal care and medication support as well as focusing on conversation and companionship which are so important for the clients' wellbeing. Calls are double the length of a standard social services visit - at Home Instead, you'll be with the client for a minimum of 1 hour (often longer) giving you the chance to build up lasting, professional relationships.

**Qualifications**:
It is not essential for you to have experience or qualifications to become a Care Professional - it is your qualities that are more important to us. However if you have previously worked in a care setting or you have personal experience of caring a for a family member this would be useful.

Training is provided which will equip you with all the skills you need to support your clients and you will also have opportunities to gain recognised care qualifications.
