This position is available in a close-knit team of 9 Audio-visual media specialists, working across Unilever’s wide portfolio of active brands. Unilever make and market some of the world’s best-known brands across 5 main Business Units; Beauty & Wellbeing, Personal Care, Homecare, Ice Cream and Nutrition and are one of the UK’s highest spending advertisers. - The Account Executive position focusses on supporting the Account Manager and Account Directors in the delivery of AV campaigns.
- Responsible for booking and monitoring AV campaigns and dealing with media owners to extract the greatest value for our clients, the successful applicant will be dealing with highly media literate clients, who will expect the highest in professionalism and knowledge of the dynamic and fast-moving AV market.

- Working on the frontline of a rapidly changing and evolving industry we are keen for team members to expand their knowledge away from core AV disciplines whether that’s though media owner interaction or through a vast catalogue of training around areas such as social, influencer led and programmatic media.

- Strong numeracy skills

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organise and interpret data in a meaningful way
- Good negotiation skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (with a particular focus on Excel)
- Develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of all aspects of Audio Visual media - TV, Cinema, Audio and VOD
- Assist in all areas of day-to-day AV campaign management to meet clients’ business objectives and KPIs from initial brief, constructing a plan, negotiating, and buying to post-campaign performance reviews
- Learn and build a thorough understanding of all planning and buying tools - including Advantedge, Media Ocean, TV planner, Prisma, Telmar
- Respond to all client requests in a timely, professional, and efficient manner
- Watertight administration, ability to multi-task while working to tight deadlines
- Find time to build good business relationships with internal and external contacts
- Develop and demonstrate an understanding of the client industry sector, the competitors within that sector and the general industry environment
- Understand your client’s business and build a good relationship with them
