An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Participation Officer to join our high performing team dedicated to representing children and young people’s voice.

Within the role, you will work directly with children and young people, supporting them to share their voice, lived experiences and ideas. You will have an important and unique role in children and young people’s lives, raising their aspirations, supporting their development and confidence.

You will have experience working with children and young people including direct work with children and young people who are care experienced. You will have a good understanding of child development and about the things that matter and make a difference to children and young people.

The post holder will work their contracted hours flexibly to accommodate the needs of children and young people for example consultation and other voice events often take place after 5pm and on some weekends.
