**The Role**

Working from the Head Office near Hartlebury, Kidderminster, this role will primarily support a large customer account and will therefore require fantastic all round organisation, administration and communication skills. You will also deal directly with customers which will require a focussed and professional approach.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive incoming calls, dealing with enquiries.
- Receiving and processing orders.
- Producing timely and accurate customer quotes.
- Inputting and updating on internal systems.
- Monitoring client accounts.
- Some credit control duties.
- General office administration and support duties.

**Requirements**:

- Previous administration and customer service experience is essential.
- Good all round IT skills (Word & Excel in particular).
- Sage Line 50 experience beneficial.
- Good communication skills, written and oral.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Good organisation and administration skills.
- Able to work in a busy team environment.

£25,000 to £26,000 annual salary.

Based near Hartlebury, Kidderminster.

Own transport essential due to rural location.

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
