**Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role**:

- Running our counter service, ensuring the team are fully knowledgably of daily menus providing fabulous service with great warmth
- Ensuring we’re always perfectly prepared for our busy food service periods, retail and vending items are replenished and ready to provide the highest level of service across the restaurant
- You’ll have responsibility for completing all stock orders for our front of house areas, including cleaning materials; you’ll also make sure daily team tasks are completed, including cleaning schedules, our standards are sky high
- Managing our monthly stock takes and taking responsibility for the cash emptying and banking of our vending operation
- Working closely with our chefs, making sure they’re always one step ahead in the preparation of hot food requirements throughout service
- Interacting with your colleagues, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way
