**Production Supervisor (Night Shift)**

Our client, a leading FMCG, are in search of an experienced Production Supervisor to work the night shift.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To lead and supervise a team of production operatives on the floor
- Train operatives to the desired standard
- Investigate all under performance issues
- Ensure regular team communications are completed to the correct standard
- Assist with completion of Annual Performance Reviews with team members.
- Ensure all employees work and abide by the company values
- Record and monitor H&S performance through agreed metrics
- Proactively identify and eliminate hazards
- Work towards keeping downtime to a minimum and resolve issues on floor
- Ensure orders and produced on time in line with work schedule
- Work towards company KPIs and hitting targets
- Complete handovers at start and end of shift

**Essential Criteria**
- At least 1 year (+) supervisor experience
- Ability to supervise and delicate workloads
- Confident in working under pressure
- Ability to prioritise work
- Experience in completing shift handovers
- Able to work within company health and safety guidelines and ensure teamwork within guidelines
