Production Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our production floor, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise production workers and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their duties
  • Monitor production targets and implement strategies to meet or exceed them
  • Maintain product quality by implementing quality control measures and addressing any issues that arise
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
  • Optimize production efficiency and resolve any issues that arise during the production process
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar position within the food manufacturing industry
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of production management and quality control principles
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and production management software
