Job Title: Production Supervisor

Join our team as a Production Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organisational skills. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise production workers and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their tasks efficiently.
  • Monitor production targets and take corrective action to ensure they are met.
  • Maintain product quality by implementing quality control measures and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Optimise production efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar position within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
