My client is looking for someone to come in and run the Payroll and make it their own. It is a great opportunity for someone looking to play a massive part in the operational side alongside being supported by a fantastic team.

**Description**

Reporting into the Finance Manager, the Senior Payroll Clerk will have the following duties:

- Manage the completion of monthly and weekly payroll
- Collating, checking and processing weekly commissions, bonuses and any deductions.
- Provision of weekly / monthly reports and management information
- Develop pension administration and compliance processes
- Completing bank reconciliations and supporting HR
- Process weekly and monthly payroll
- Resolving problems and delivering outstanding internal customer service to employees
- SSP, SMP, SPP payments
- Ad hoc duties

**Profile**
- Proven track record in complex payroll position, i.e Payroll Manager, specialist, stand alone, manager
- ERP system experience
- Proficient use of Excel
