**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the CEO and working as an integral member of the senior leadership team, you will:

- Take overall accountability for the development of the People and Culture strategy that aligns with and facilitates the successful delivery of the overall LPC strategy and objectives
- Lead the effective delivery and management of all aspects of People and Culture, and strategically leads in the areas of People, Culture and Transformation, High Performance High Engagement (HPHE), and Māori Development across LPC
- Collaborate with leaders to increase levels of engagement of the LPC workforce and bring a “whole of business” approach
- Prepare LPC for the future of work ensuring there is relentless focus on continuous improvement, and achieving and maintaining an internationally competitive advantage in People and Culture

This is a critical executive role where you’ll be providing visible, accountable and purposeful leadership, formulating and executing strategy and driving exceptional results. Sound like you?

**About you**

To be successful as the Chief of People & Culture, you will have extensive executive-level leadership experience preferably across commercial disciplines including operations and you may have held an executive level Human Resources Leadership role. While your robust experience and tertiary qualifications are important to your success in this role, of highest priority is your approach and the way that you lead. You will pride yourself on your understanding of how to influence, motivate and engage people across an organisation.

Unafraid of change and challenge, your expertise will be supported by an approach that is positive, collaborative and flexible. Real strategic agility, energy and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done will set you apart as an achiever in this role.
