**The Job**:
In your new role you will provide a high quality support service to clients and Advisers, you will provide our customers with an excellent customer journey.

You will have the following experience/skills:

- Excellent sales/customer service experience.
- A proven track record of working in a busy mortgage administration or banking customer service role.
- Good knowledge of mortgages.
- Outstanding telephone manner and Excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills in order to handle multiple tasks, stay focused under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- Confident in having challenging conversations.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages including Excel, Outlook and Word.

To be successful you’ll also need to be a positive, friendly, multitasker who is able to work independently, and as part of a team.

**Essential Criteria**

A minimum of 1 years sales/customer service experience or banking customer service experience plus a Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C and above, must include Mathematics and English.

**Salary & Benefits**

£18,000 - £22,000 per annum

Hours of Work: To be discussed at Interview
