Senior Multinational Consultant - Salary £50,000 - £55,000

Aviva are currently looking for a Multinational Consultant / Account Executive to join our London based Multinational Centre of Excellence.

You will become an integral part of our small but dedicated, skilled and energetic team that is responsible for all aspects of structuring and coordinating our Multinational insurance programmes for our global customers.

With this service comes the peace of mind that we have successfully negotiated the minefield of overseas insurance regulation on behalf of our brokers and customers, and that they have the best quality, fully compliant and seamless insurance programmes in place for their entire global businesses.

As a Multinational Consultant you’ll be multi-skilled and viewed as the “glue” that coordinates and holds all aspects of our Multinational Insurance Programmes together
- Aviva operates a “smart-working” policy meaning that we spend approximately half of our time working in an office, and this role is based in London with some occasional UK and Overseas travel._

A bit about the job:
The successful individual will also be expected to support facilitation in tendering and quoting new Multinational business, support compliant structuring of Multinational Insurance Programmes on behalf of underwriters and provide full oversight and end to end execution of the implementation of Aviva’s Multinational Insurance programmes.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

- Strong customer service ethos and focus, including proven relationship building and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of the principles of Multinational Insurance Programmes and the different bases of cover involved, as well as the overseas regularity and compliance issues related to Multinational business.
- Experience of working with the main classes of commercial Corporate and Specialty insurance.
- Solid understanding and awareness of the overseas regulatory and compliance issues associated with Multinational business.
- Ability to balance priorities and simultaneously manage communications both upwards to customers and downwards to service providers.

- Starting salary between £50,000 and £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary; Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
