You'll work alongside a diverse, multi-disciplinary team to explore and deliver new solutions that meet our customers' global insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will manage an assigned portfolio of Captive Multinational programmes, working in partnership with product underwriters and distribution to ensure effective delivery and service of assigned multinational programs.
  • You will provide direction and guidance to stakeholders to ensure appropriate design and effective delivery and service of assigned multinational programs.
  • You will provide multinational technical expertise to underwriters.
  • You will lead the promotion and adoption of the AIG Multinational End-to-End process.
  • You will lead and manage day-to-day service delivery across all assigned programs to ensure timely issuance of accurate local policy and invoice documentation and meet agreed program SLAs.
  • You will engage with multinational claims to ensure timely development of multinational claims bulletins / protocols and support on ad hoc program enquiries.
  • You will provide regular updates to appointed brokers (or clients if direct) on program performance until fully implemented.
