At Licence Bureau (part of the TTC Group) we are the UK's leading provider of road safety education and our Driver Risk Management division is a fast-growing business, offering an innovative range of driver training and risk management solutions to large and small organisations throughout the UK with some very well-known brands subscribing to our app and training courses.

Due to a recent contract win, we have an opportunity for someone with administration experience to join us based at our Telford Head Office (TF1 6QJ) on an initial 6 month Fixed Term Contract where you will play a key role within our Account Management team to serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about our CRM platform and products, providing first class support ensuring that data is handled with integrity and accuracy.

**The role**:

- Maintaining and updating data in the CRM system to ensure accurate records of customer information
- Organising and updating customer databases that contain information such as contact details, purchase history, and preferences
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all processing requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues our customers face with our products and services, communicating with other departments as necessary
- Providing support internally and externally, contacting existing & potential clients in relation to their account
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that customer requests are responded to in a timely manner
- Assist Account Managers in Providing support to customers by answering questions and resolving problems regarding products or services they have purchased from the company

- Review and coordinate daily activities ensuring all aspects of the operation are covered.
- Continuously review current processes and seek efficiencies where possible.
- Ensure service level agreements and key performance indicators are met
- An attention to detail to ensure compliance with legal, health and safety obligations
