We are looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator to support the Lettings team at our Grosvenor House, Central Park, Telford office.

This would be a solely office based, administrative role where industry and/or administration experience is desired but not essential.

Responsibilities Will Include:

- Answering Telephone Calls / Greeting Clients In Office
- Register Searching Applicants
- Arrange, Confirm and Follow Up Viewings
- Liaise Between Landlord and Tenants to Agree a Let
- Carry Out Right to Rent Checks
- Complete Tenant Referencing Process
- Draft Tenancy Agreements
- Arrange Works Orders/Quotations for Repairs
- Process Card Payments
- Handle General Enquiries
- General Office Administration - Filing, Scanning, Post, Cleaning of Work Area

Working hours will be Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm. Alternative Saturday's on a 3-weekly rotation system from 9am - 1pm.

**Salary**: £20,543.00-£21,027.00 per year
