**Location**:Head Office, Sheffield, S35 2PW. Located just off Junction 35A off the M1. We offer free onsite parking. This role requires you to be on site 5 days a week.

We have an **exciting** opportunity to join our Consignment and Loans department as an Inventory Coordinator.

You will be providing **front line customer service** to our internal and external customers for their **medical device loans and demo stock** **equipment** requests which is used to support patients in **hospitals**. This is a fast-paced environment so if you are highly organised, have great attention to detail and have excellent communication skills then we would love to hear from you

**Here's what you can expect to be doing**
- Physically handling of loans, demonstration and exhibition equipment
- Working with our Sales divisions to offer excellent sales assistance
- Co-ordinating the logistics for delivery and collection of medical equipment
- Physically replenishing stocks from our central warehouse and direct delivery
- Completing stock management and control, including periodic stock counts
- Providing efficient administrative assistance to process customer requests
- Invoicing our customers promptly for use of loan equipment
- Ensuring all health & safety and decontamination regulations are adhered to internally and by our customers

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Proven administration experience
- The role will include manual handling
- Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge Microsoft Excel
- Be customer focused and motivated to succeed
- Team player with the ability to work unsupervised using your own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate and methodical in your work and paying close attention to detail
