**Change Grow Live** are a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our Service Users lives, offering support and respect in a safe environment, treating each user as an individual and working with them to find the right treatment and care options.

An exciting opportunity has opened for an **Engagement Worker** to join our Knowsley Integrated Recovery Service.

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for passionate people and friendly faces, you'll work with highly skilled colleagues across the country to support and engage people in drug and alcohol treatment services.

No two days will be the same and we're looking for people who have a range of skills and expertise, who believe in being open, compassionate and bold in everything they do.

You will be focused on helping people to achieve positive outcomes by supporting their personalised recovery journey, through thorough assessment and support planning.You will be open, compassionate, and driven to provide the very best care and support for everyone. You will need to be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with multiple teams internally and externally.The post holder will be required to work flexibly across operational sites as required and work flexibly within an agreed number of hours to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision. This may include some evening working.
