**Sales Executive - Insurance**
- £20,000-25,000+ Uncapped bonus scheme (OTE £50,000+)
- Cheltenham
- Monday-Friday-9am-5.30pm
- Highly competitive commission
- Are you seeking a financially rewarding career within the insurance sales?_

An expanding business are seeking tenacious, self-motivated sales professionals to join their friendly sales team. You will be joining a well-established, successful business, working within an experienced team of expert advisors.

**The Role**:

- Actively prospecting and targeting new customers
- Developing and building relationships with both individuals and insurers
- Providing an advisory service to clients, making recommendations to individuals
- Adhering to FCA rules and regulations

**The person**:

- Proven sales track record within a high-volume sales/telesales/ business development role
- Ability to work effectively in a target driven sales environment
- Someone with the ability to learn and pick up product knowledge and use it for advice
- Excellent communication skills, with active listening and a strong telephone manner
- Strong desire to achieve
- Previous experience selling insurance is advantageous although not essential
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
