Creased Puddle are excited to be looking for an experienced Neurodiversity Workplace Strategy coach to join our amazing team. Based in York, North Yorkshire but servicing the whole of the UK we are made up of a core team and a UK Associate network of professionals. We actively collaborate with others and are inspired by the Neurodiversity UK conversation.

The practices in our services are reflected in our company and we are constantly challenging how and where we work. Our range of Neurodiversity services ensure that whether you are looking for support as an organisation or as an individual our wrap-around products provide for a 'one stop shop' experience. We work with a range of organisations in the public and private sector to empower neurodiversity in the workplace.

With a huge heart, a healthy dollop of humour and expertise like no other we are the Creased Puddle.

You will be working within our Coaching Team assisting clients and customers to access, engage in and benefit from this specialist coaching process.

**The Role**

As a Neurodiversity Workplace Strategy Coach you will be required to deliver coaching that engages and encourages our clients to explore their strengths and challenges in order to perform at their best in the workplace.

You will be responsible for working with clients from a wide range of employment sectors, roles, backgrounds and levels.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Delivering one to one coaching virtually and face to face (when required)
- Ensuring that clients can access and benefit from any additional e-learning
- Providing excellent support to Line Managers
- Ensuring clients are and remain engaged in the coaching programme
- Actively quality assuring and managing the evaluation process
- Proactively engaging in your own continuous improvement
- Providing and monitoring the effective safeguarding, well-being and support required for each client

**Who we’re looking for**
- Coaching within the field of neurodiversity (minimum of 3 years)
- Experience of 121, co-coaching and group coaching
- The ability to communicate at all levels of businesses
- Coaching skills
- Problem solving
- Enthusiastic and motivated to encourage others to achieve and succeed
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Flexible to the needs of our clients and the business
- Has knowledge and experience of Equality, Diversity and inclusionary practices
- High degree of personal responsibility and experience of working remotely

**Qualifications**

Coaching qualification ILM 5 or similar such as Association for Coaching or International Coaching Federation

Executive Coach ILM Level 7 or similar
