Customer Service Administrator

Whistlefish has become a leading art and greetings card retailer in the South West. We sell a wide selection of cards, wrapping paper, art prints, canvas art and gifts direct to customers through a network of 12 galleries and a burgeoning online presence.
Central to our business is our Head Office in Redruth, Cornwall, where we have a small administration team that provides support to all areas of the business.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Work within the processes and procedures laid down by the company to ensure that orders are attended to swiftly and accurately
- To be knowledgeable of all products and promotions, in order to advise customers correctly and confidently
- Taking orders and payments over the telephone
- Support customers patiently with good manners and humour
- Data entry of basic financial and other documentation as required
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, and to liaise with our delivery suppliers
- Support other departments if necessary (ie picking and packing)
This position is 40 hours per week working Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30 with a half hour unpaid lunch break.

**Salary**: £22,880.00 per year
