Foresight have an exciting new job opportunity for a Reception and Administration Apprentice, providing vital support to the wider team. As our new apprentice you will be the organisational backbone of our business, located in the heart of Grimsby. You will be fully supported and trained to help you reach your full potential.

**Working week**
- 09.00-15.30, Monday to Friday (30 minute unpaid lunch break).
- Total hours per week: 30.0

**What you will do in your working day**

As our new apprentice, you will work from our head office on Newmarket Street, just off Freeman Street in Grimsby. You will be fully trained and supported, starting work on our main reception. Our reception area is the beating heart of Foresight, and will help you to meet colleagues, volunteers and beneficiaries, providing an excellent opportunity to learn more about the wider organisation. You will also support colleagues with all aspects of general administration, with duties including:

- Providing a reception service, greeting visitors and signing-in beneficiaries
- Answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries and directing calls appropriately
- Creating, updating and sending enrolment forms
- Data entry, updating spreadsheets and internal record systems
- Tracking beneficiary attendance, and following-up absences to check and promote health and wellbeing
- Providing tours of the building for visitors
- Collecting data and entering it accurately on spreadsheets
- Writing reports
- Assisting with volunteer inductions
- Printing, scanning, filing and archiving data
- Writing letters
- Taking minutes during meetings
- All aspects of general administrative support
- All other associated duties as required

**The training you will be getting**
- Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard - Business Administrator
- A bespoke programme of practical, technical and vocational learning
- Functional Skills in maths and English at level 2 (if applicable)
