Self Employed Home Based Administrator

**Description**
- Managing the client on-boarding process (Engagement Letters / HMRC authorisations / Clearance requests / Internal process set up).
- Manage Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Customer procedures
- Chasing client bookkeeping data - Liaising internally and contacting clients to request information.
- Handling client queries.
- Chasing client approval (VAT Returns / Year End Accounts / Self Assessment).
- Filing of VAT Returns / Year End Accounts / Self Assessment
- Overseeing Self Assessment (Tax Return) process.
- Managing subcontractor onboarding - Contracts / references / collating licenses, insurances etc.
- Maintaining in-house databases and client files (online).
- Other general administration / projects if required.
**Profile**
- Proven track record of administration - Ideally within a bookkeeping / accounting firm.
- Intermediate / Advanced computer skills (Ideally with experience of Google Drive and accountancy practice management software - Senta).
- Customer Service experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Initiative - Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Can do attitude.
