We need passionate and dedicated experienced Care Assistants who thrive on making a difference in people's lives.
We are recruiting for the Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes areas.About the role.
As a Care Assistant with ASA you will be required to support service users to live as independently within a care home setting. You will also be required to ensure that person centred care is carried out at all times as well as provide emotional support.
You will be joining a fantastic team of Care Assistants and be a highly valued member of our team. As well as gaining experience in new environments you will experience different challenges each day.What we can offer you: - Pay rates £11.00 to £14.53 per hour. Holiday pay so no need to worry about your summer holidays- Refer a friend scheme
- Varied shifts in which you can choose on a week to week basis, we strongly believe in a good work life balance. 07:30 - 15:00, 14:30 - 22:00, 21:45 - 07:45- In house training - 24/7 support form consultants
**Requirements**: - 3 months paid UK care experience
