Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently and achieve their goals. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide support with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support and care to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities they enjoy
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care and support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a caring and compassionate individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will have previous experience in care or a related field, and be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) or willing to register. You will also need to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme.
