Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will work with our clients to support them with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management. You will also assist with outings, shopping, and household chores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
  • Assist with outings, shopping, and household chores
  • Work collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals and maintain their independence
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements

  • Caring and compassionate nature
  • Previous care experience essential
  • Current membership of the PVG scheme and registration with SSSC required
