CurrentBody is seeking a Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our team. As a global e-commerce company specializing in beauty devices, we are passionate about providing safe and clinically proven products to individuals worldwide. In this role, you will support the merchandising team in managing stock and ensuring the availability of products to meet customer demand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to optimize stock availability.
- Support with placing and tracking orders with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update systems accordingly.
- Assist in analyzing sales data and trends to assist in making informed merchandising decisions.
- Compile reports and provide administrative support to the merchandising team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any stock-related issues.
- Assist with ad hoc merchandising projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for consumer goods and an interest in the beauty industry.
