We are currently recruiting for a motivated, organized full time receptionist on behalf of a prestigious clinic in Alderley Edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take payments and handle invoices
- Take and manage bookings on the reception
- Ensure consents are done for each patient
- Assist the reception manager and clinic manager with tasks throughout the day
- Adhoc admin duties as required by management
Customer Service:
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Comfortable with process and detail
- Strong written, oral and presentation skills
- Can solve problems quickly and collaboratively
- Honest, reliable and profession at all times
Qualifications/ Requirements
- Good Working knowledge of the beauty and aesthetic industry
- Ability to work flexibly to suit the hours and needs of the business
- Experience working with Excel
- Previous reception experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
