We’re looking for a Senior Content Producer to help us communicate the cause and purpose of the National Trust, reaching our audience in ways that are meaningful and relevant to them.

This role is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract or internal secondment basis.

Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon, however there will be an opportunity to explore and agree hybrid working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust. The role will involve travel to our head office to meet with stakeholders and to carry out work.

What you'll be doing:As part of the national Content and Publishing team, you’ll be responsible for the planning, commissioning, production and evaluation of content. You’ll play a key role in delivering our business objectives to grow audience recognition, relevance, engagement and advocacy.

You’ll support the Senior Content Lead to manage the Assistant Content Producers, providing advice, training and sub-editing the team’s work. You’ll manage the day-to-day resourcing of the team, ensuring all work is delivered on deadline and to brief.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

- Experience of working in a large organisation and managing complex projects and deadlines
- Line management experience, you'll manage the day to day resourcing of the team
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including external and internal stakeholders
- Big picture thinking and strong understanding of how content can be integrated across channels for optimum impact
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of data analytics and evaluation
