Our client is looking for someone with strong Administration and communication skills.

**Role**:Sales Administrator

**Location**:Glossop

**Salary**:£24,000 - £25,000

**Hours**:9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

A full time, office based role, Sales Administrators are key members of the team, managing the provision of complete administrative support to customers and the external Sales team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answering customer enquiries, quoting and informing accurately
- Liaising with the external sales team
- Process orders quickly and efficiently
- Project management
- Maintaining accurate records using Salesforce CRM system
- Extensive product knowledge (training will be provided) to answer both general and technical enquiries
- Ensure that all relevant ISO procedures & documentation are completed to ISO requirements

**THE PERSON**
- Highly organised and unflappable - ability to cope under pressure in a busy team
- Excellent telephone and communication skills with ability and confidence to cold call
- Microsoft Office software experience including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- CRM system experience, ideally Salesforce
- Customer service focused: providing high standards of service across all channels - written, phone and face to face.
- Attention to detail and excellent written skills when communicating with others
- Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
- Energy, commitment, and drive: dedication to the role, willingness to show flexibility when required, enthusiasm for the role and company development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
