Are you a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking for a temporary opportunity to make a difference in people's lives? We have a fantastic temporary position available with the Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust, based at the Airedale Centre for Mental Health.

As a Band 5 RMN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals experiencing mental health issues. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering person-centered care to promote recovery and positive mental well-being.

**About the Role**:
In this temporary position, you will join the team at the Airedale Centre for Mental Health for a single shift on the 22nd of February 2024. The shift will start at 07:30:00 and end at 20:00:00.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering high-quality care to patients in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Administering medication and monitoring its effects.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers.
- Conducting risk assessments and developing risk management plans.
- Promoting recovery and positive mental well-being through therapeutic interventions.
- Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
- Experience working in mental health settings.
- Knowledge of mental health legislation and policies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Empathy and compassion for individuals experiencing mental health issues.

**Payment Details**:
You will be paid at a rate of £200 per shift for this temporary position, and payment will be made through PAYE.
