OnBuy have an exciting opportunity for an **Office Manager **to join the team.

Location: Bournemouth

**Salary**: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

OnBuy is growing and we’re now looking for an Office Manager to join our team. You’ll be involved in the smooth running of our head office, as well as taking part in project support for the Executive and HR Teams. **Office Manager - **Key Responsibilities:

- Overall responsibility for ensuring the office and general area is kept clean and tidy
- Manage relationships and coordinate site visits from contractors, suppliers, and guests to the office
- General cost control and negotiation of supplier contracts and tariffs
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Working closely with the HR Director in the management of H&S for the business
- Organise and manage company events, for example summer/Christmas parties, team building, engagement, and wellbeing events
- Booking travel and accommodation, negotiating costs, and managing relationships with suppliers

**Office Manager - **You:
We’re looking for:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of health and safety requirements within an office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft office programs
- Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise accordingly
- A team player who uses own initiative

The salary range on offer for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
