The International VM Operations Assistant will report to the International VM Operations Lead. This role will entail administrative and planning support to ensure successful door openings across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, UK, and TR:

- Actively participating to achieve Le Labo’s expansion through planning, organisation, and logistics to ensure smooth door opening.
- Assisting on administrative support including preparation of regulation documents, gathering manufacturing information and sourcing supplies to support legal requirements.
- Raising POs and uphold procurement policy.
- Manage tracking tools for opening doors, procurement, contact lists, and furniture sourcing.
- Vintage furniture sourcing, price comparison and vendor research.
- Support with VM planogram guidelines and create display order forms for upcoming doors.
- Procurement, assembling and packing of supplies.
- Participating to the achievements of the retail model by ensuring that shipments of materials are dispatched in a timely manner.
- Manage training decks.

**Qualifications**
Who we’re looking for
- Preferred, but not necessary, prior experience working in a fragrance or fashion company
- Adequate skills in Microsoft Sharepoint, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
- Preferred, but not necessary, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
- Strong communication skills
- Organisation and prioritisation skills
- Passionate and enthusiastic about design with a creative flair
- A positive and collaborative mindset
