Le Labo Fragrance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Fragrance Specialist to join our team at Le Labo. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing inspirational and personalized customer service, working as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events, and ensuring that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide authentic and personalized customer service to ensure customers find the perfect fragrance for gifting themselves or loved ones.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create engaging in-store events and experiences.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of our fine fragrances and be able to communicate this effectively to customers.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a passion for perfumery and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service. You should be confident in communicating with customers, flexible in your availability, and able to work well as part of a team. You will also need to be available to work a variable shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
