Marketing Operations Executive

Due to internal growth in the team, we are looking for an organisational superstar with next-level planning capabilities.

This role will support the smooth running of the Marketing team so ideally, you’ll be detail orientated, driven, flexible, a stickler for process and super approachable.

You will be working on the CRM and other platforms used to manage workload and collate reports for the brands we work with.

The role sits within the Delivery team and will work closely with the Marketing team managers.

You’ll be supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns for around 60 global brands throughout the year, so you’ll soon find yourself becoming a pivotal part of the team.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate quarterly ROI reports for brands/multi-vendor campaigns.
- Allocating workload when marketing plans are submitted by Client Services, ensuring even distribution.
- Following up assets with Client Services to keep projects on track.
- Ownership and management of the Delivery team calendar, ensuring that eshots and social media assets are sent/posted accurately and on time.
- Managing outsource partners and assisting other companies in the group when needed.

**About You**:

- Highly organised and able to establish priorities when working to tight deadlines.
- Experience in a similar role or the ability to show that you are able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Another-level attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance, report on successes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong collaborative approach.

**Please note, full-time remote working is not available for this role. It will be based at our head office in Diss, Norfolk, with a flexible hybrid working from home opportunity available, once the probationary period has been successfully completed. Ourhybrid working approach allows employees to work three days from the office and two days from home if they wish to do so.
