Service Desk Team Leader

**Service Desk Team Leader - Reading - £35,000 to £40,000**
We are working with an AV integrator who are looking to recruit a leader to sit within their Service team. The role has responsibility for leading a small digital signage service team. An AV background is essential.
You will contribute to the overall service direction and strategy for the company and will be empowered to make sound business decisions relevant to your level of responsibility.
**Responsibilities**
- Establish performance measures to ensure Service Levels are met and exceeded.
- Manage ticket queues and maintain ‘healthy average ticket age’
- Develop the capabilities of the Helpdesk through key skills growth and talent acquisition.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in strategic customer accounts.
- Responsible for maintaining and building the level of expertise required to provide industry-leading service as well as maintaining the appropriate levels of training to support our partner accreditations.
**Experience**
- Leadership experience in a Helpdesk/Technical Customer Service environment is desired.
- Demonstrated knowledge of AV Control systems and integrated room peripherals is desired.
- Knowledge of ProAV solutions from AMX, Crestron, Extron, Biamp, ClearOne, and others
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
