**Position Summary**:
Primary accountability for managing the team, customer requirement prioritization, customer program and customer experience for assigned program

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing the team to achieve and exceed their combined unit objective targets as prescribed by Boeing Distribution Services Inc.
- Works with Human Resources in supervising staff in all phases of their jobs including recruitment, training, evaluations, disciplinary actions and terminations
- Conducts team meetings on an as needed basis. Informs team of latest policies, techniques, equipment and technology.
- Prepares and forwards various customer account reports to P&E leadership
- Resolves customer claims with functional departments (Accounting, Quality Assurance etc.), RMA handling, determine root cause, recommend and implement corrective actions; support Accounts Receivable with cash collection. Demonstrates and ensures compliance with exceptional customer service
- Pro-actively monitor open order book, identify potential issues, and work cross-functionally to take necessary actions that ensure delivery performance and KPIs. Collaborates with Purchasing on the inventory purchases to support major customers
- Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)**:

- 6-8 years of related work experience
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- Previous experience in the aerospace industry/fasteners, preferred

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience)**:
**Education**:Bachelor’s Degree - Business Administration or Engineering or Related Field of Study (Master’s Degree preferred)
