This is a community post and the shift pattern is 9-5 Monday to Friday. The post is based in East Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership and the team will provide a service across GGC.

You will be responsible for providing an effective administration and secretarial service to a health team responsible for the delivery of health checks across GGC for adults with a learning disability. This includes duties associated with the establishment, development and upkeep of the health checks register, supporting the clinical activity of the team in terms of delivery of health checks and dissemination of information to a wide range of partners.

It is essential that you are highly organised, able to prioritise your workload, be able to plan ahead and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience of working in the context of the development of new systems and processes would be beneficial.
