Project Administrator/ Admin Assistant

Key Information:

- Title - Project Administrator
- Location - Glasgow - Hybrid
- Duration - 6 months - extension very likely
- Salary - £12.50 per hour
- Hours - 37 per week
- ASAP Start

We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our growing team where you will provide high quality support to the Seagreen Project, ensuring our project has the necessary administration support to work as efficiently as possible. You will carry out all aspects of administration duties, including assisting team members in tasks relating to scheduling regular meetings and record minutes/actions for key project meetings where required. You will work effectively and efficiently to help the project team with preparing documentation, assist with any planning needed and necessary scheduling to ensure these tasks are carried out smoothly.
- Financial Background preferred but not essential
- Responding to enquiries
- Logging information and updating databases
- Looking at customers Financial's
- Admin Support for the team
- Credit Vetting Customers
- Will need to have customer Service Experience
- Have excellent IT Skills - especially Excel
- Are process driven and can work in a targeted / regulated environment
- Can manage their own workload and work well on their own initiative
- Very confident with a professional and engaging telephone manner
- Self-sufficient with an excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy
- Proactive, motivated, and committed to helping the business reach the targets set down by the regulators

Looking for people with excellent IT skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, work on own initiative, manage own workload.
