**Role overview**

We are looking for a experienced Claims Administrator to join or Prep Centre based in Slough. The role of the Claims Administrator is to administer and process claims in accordance with manufacturer and dealership procedures.

**Key responsibilities**

As a Claims Administrator your key responsibilities will be to:

- Review warranty documentation (job card and report)
- Refer back to Workshop Control or Parts Department to resolve queries
- Prepare relevant documents in order to make a claim
- Submit all claims to the vehicle supplier
- Reconcile credit note from supplier & Amend VSB's once Claim Paid
- Review issues relating rejections and make necessary amendments prior to re-submission
- Manage documentation relating to parts and paper returns
- Manage parts return and parts disposal
- Maintain records of all transactions to assist the audit process
- Undertake recall administration
- Deal with customer care and goodwill claims administration
- Attend meetings and training programmes as required
- Perform other duties in support of other team members as required

**About You**

As a Claims Administrator, we are looking for the following skills and attributes:
Experience in an automotive service operation or in a comparable role.
- Proven track record in claims/service contract administration.
- Understanding of compliance associated with vehicles.
- Motability/VAG Claims Portal Experience preferable but not essential
- Basic computer skills as well as general business knowledge.
- The want to progress and learn other parts of the business.
